Delivery Policy
- Home delivery will be made before 7-10 days of Ganpati Festival.
- You will receive a call from us few days before your delivery.
- After arriving at your place for Delivery, we will unpack and show your Idol with your permission.
- We will guide you on how to unpack safely.
- If any damage is there after delivering at your place, then we shall not be responsible. But dont worry we will guide you on everything
Pickup Policy
- We will have only 1 Pickup location which at Kandivali West. The exact address shall be sent to you after booking. Other than that we do not have any other pickup locations.
- Pickup point will be open from 20th August till 1st September 2022 .
- At pickup point we do not provide any box or packaging for Ganpati Idol. So please make necessary arrangements when you arrive at the pickup.
Pricing Policy
- Prices for our idols are quoted on our website
- Your order will be confirmed only after payment is made on the website.
Refund and Cancellation
- Once order is placed it cannot be cancelled or refundable as we immediately start making your idol after receiving booking.
